Summer Planning

Don’t have time or bandwidth to research all the resources on this site? I can help!

I research Massachusetts STEM summer programs for you, and pare down the options to just the ones that are a good match for your child.

Finding the right program can be hard.

Now it doesn't have to be.

After getting to know you and your child and what you want for the summer, I research and present you with a “short list” of options that are customized to the needs of your child. I’ll use my practical knowledge and years of experience to research and present a variety of programs and camps.

My suggestions are based on the specific needs, interests, and experiences of your child, as well as the family budget and any other factors you specify. You’ll get a report that summarizes my findings and considerations for your child. Each consultation is unique.

Cyndi’s expertise and research saved me hours of internet searching and calling around to compile information. - Michelle, Arlington, MA

How it Works

Step 1: Tell me about your child. Complete a free, no-obligation STEM summer questionnaire.

Step 2: Preliminary evaluation. I’ll let you know if there are programs that meet your criteria that I can research for you. Turnaround: 1-2 weeks.

Step 3: If you decide to work with BostonTechMom, you’ll get a written report with at least 5 options, thoroughly detailing their features and level of fit for your child. Turnaround: 3-4 weeks. View a sample report.

Note: Personal consulting time is also available upon request—contact me and let’s talk about the best approach for your family!

Consultation Fee

Preliminary evaluation: free.

Customized summer STEM plan: $200. This fee must be paid before the research begins, via PayPal. Once research has begun, the service fee is non-refundable.

Note: BostonTechMom does not receive program referral compensation from any STEM organizations. Suggestions are based solely on research, knowledge of the programs, and your stated preferences for your child.

Timing is Everything

The ideal time to start planning is in the winter and spring, which allows enough time to research options and provide you a report that you can choose from in time to register your child for summer programs.
